King James – Part of Accenture Song is looking for a Junior Animator to join the creative studio. The successful candidate must be able to implement creative artwork into various cross-platform deliverables (i.e. digital, broadcast, social, etc.) efficiently and on time. An appreciation for the art of design and storytelling is essential!
Responsibilities (included but not limited to):
- Design and animate motion graphics for a variety of small to large scale projects
- Work collaboratively with design teams to create innovative and compelling work
- Generate content and assets for use by the extended team such as: visual directions, layouts, storyboards, animatics, 2D/3D assets, AE models, color grading, tracking, footage editing, etc.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and techniques in accordance with industry best practices
Requirements / Experience / Skill
- Bachelor’s degree or similar in visual communication (with a major in animation/multimedia)
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Animator
- Work experience in an advertising agency or digital advertising agency
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop
- Knowledge and experience of 2D (vector) animations
- Mastery of Cinema 4D or 3D applications
- Strong sense of movement, design and typography
- A good command of the English language
- Strong time management skills
- Strong multitasking skills (ability to work on multiple files at any given time)
